Recently, I've discovered a dark, desolate island, with an active volcano creating a river of lava. Scattered around were the ruins of of an ancient giraffe-worshipping society, who abandoned their home long ago. Now that I have this island - should it be safely barred off to the public, and teams of archiologists explore it for historical artifacts? Well heck no, I'm building a theme park on it - that seems the most sensible thing to do.
