I have wanted to do this for so long. Over time, my entries here have been ebbing towards main attractions on or around a parking lot or otherwise tarmac plot. This has been largely inspired by my fascination with the charmless charm of Magic Mountain's Scream(!), which is a B&M twister slapped uncerimoniously onto a section of MM's former parking lot. My interpretation is a quasi-recreation from a parallel universe, where perhaps the installation over the parking lot was due to opportunistism rather than laziness.
There's a lot of perspective madness going on all over the park, but especially with the support systems and walkways. There are a few discrepencies from different perspectives around the more intricate items - I'm working the edges of what's available perspective-wise so I aim for a solid 90%. I hope you enjoy it because I sure enjoyed making it ha ha ha ha help
"DOGS TOWN PRESS: Bark's Park Wheels out New Attractions a Lot!
DOGS TOWN's showcase thrill park Bark's Park has been developing further and faster than ever before. After over a year of explosive progress installing landmark roller coasters and other attractions, Bark's Park's parent company Manic Mechanics has adopted a new technique in order to install even larger coasters quicker than ever in history. Through a process MM describes as "interdimensional prefabrication," the 'Mechanics are able to seive already-installed roller coasters from across the multiverse and deliver them pre-assembled on-site in the blink of an eye. Bark's Park's latest attraction SCREAM(!) is the first ride to ever be installed with this technique. More from MM:
MM: 'It's easy to install new attractions when the critical R&D for things like the layout have already been completed."
DTP: 'isn't that stealing though? won't other dimensions be upset?'
MM: 'We spend most of our own time probing the vignette of this universe so stealing coasters from another dimension is really just collateral damage at this point.'
DTP: 'What about copyright infringement?'
MM: 'If a lawyer from another universe can sue us, I'll let them."
